★ "When will my package arrive?" ★
Please allow for 2-4 business days for me to process the order. As soon as it is in the hands of the USPS, for US customers, it should take about 2-5 days to arrive. For international orders, USPS estimates 1-4+ weeks. If you'd like your package faster, it will cost more, but I can definitely make it happen. Message me and we can work something out!
★ "Is my package tracked?" ★
In an effort to keep costs down for ya'll, button and charm orders placed by major countries are the only tracked items in my store.
★ "How will my package arrive?" ★
Button and charm orders will come in a protected, bubble mailer. If you have other items in the order, such as stickers or prints, they will also be included in the mailer unless I specifically message you otherwise prior to shipping out your package. If you only order prints and/or stickers, they will come in a regular envelope with a stamp.
★ "Do you ship to EU and EK countries?" ★
Yes, but not here; I can only process orders going to EU and Ek countries on my etsy! These areas have sale tariffs and specific custom claims that I'm not too familiar dealing with on my own. Etsy handles the paperwork for both our ends!
